Factory Flaw was made in a week for the Brackeys 2025 Game Jam, following the theme of "nothing can go wrong". It is a short and simple top down action shooter with strategic, yet chaotic bouncing mechanics. After a maintenance check was missed, you play as a gun who is sent to stop a rogue factory from producing more evil guns.

Hey I played through and here's some notes:

The good:

1. sounds and effects for particles

2. bouncing geometry is interesting

3. Shotgun enemy is scary


Unsure:

1. healing doesnt seem to work in this build, the notes aren't as engaging to find or interact with

Thanks for the review, I'll check out your game! Also, I played it again on this build and healing works just fine for me, I'm not sure what's causing the problem? Maybe I could have made it more clear with a sfx or particle effect when you picked up a toolkit. Also about the notes, I (mostly) tried to put them along the way, I had hoped they would be more interesting but that's too bad they weren't.

Maybe I just wasn't seeing it go up by much? I kept dying to my own rounds, so I'm stoopid haha
